Job Tasks and
Responsibilities:
Actively seeks and secures new business for the specialist department.
Collaborates with the agent or operations manager to determine appropriate coverage for clients.
Assesses and rates new accounts during the underwriting process.
Stays updated on new products and initiatives, while actively pursuing personal and professional development.
Proactively seeks expiration dates from potential clients and prospects.
Builds and maintains strong agency relationships with existing clients.
Meets production requirements and goals set by the agent or agency manager.
Keeps monthly sales records and shares them with the agent or operations manager for review.
Skills and Qualities:
Effective communication skills Strong customer service abilities Proficiency in computer skills Sales experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
