Duties:
- Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner - Manage patient check-in and check-outs - Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm patient appointments - Verify dental insurance information and assist with billing inquiries - Collect patient payments at time of service and over the phone - Maintain patient records and update necessary information - Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow - Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and professional office environment Skills:
Must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience in a dental office is preferred Hourly rate is based off experience and to be discussed Hours are 8-5:
30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
With every Wednesday off during the week.
