Financial Planning Analysis Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Are you looking for career advancement in a complex and challenging workplace? Robert Half is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for a large corporation in the Lansing/Battle Creek area. Successful candidates for this position should be comfortable leading and executing month-end and quarter-end Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Free Cash Flow distribution, and forecast consolidation for multiple locations / reporting segments. Candidates would also be responsible for preparing board of director reporting packages, as well as leading the Budgeting process and 5 year Strategic Planning Process for the company. Work with business operations, and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting output
Help drive key insights and analytics
Execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiatives
Execute continuous financial process improvement
Assist in developing finance and business presentations; related supporting materials

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in one of the following disciplines: Finance, Accounting or Economics
MBA or other graduate degree in Finance related field, preferred
5+ years in a corporate accounting or finance role
Demonstrated success in financial modeling and analysis
Experience with financial planning and analysis functions
High degree of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles
Superior analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills
Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions
Ability to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlines

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
